ABOUT US
Blossom Ladies Brunch CIC is a UK-based Community Interest Company on a mission to educate, empower, and connect women, particularly those from ethnic minority backgrounds so they can thrive in employment, enterprise, leadership, and community life.
Founded in 2019 and incorporated as a CIC in 2020, we create supportive, welcoming spaces where women build confidence, develop practical skills, access new opportunities, and step into their full potential.
We do this through a range of programmes and initiatives including employability and enterprise training, personal development workshops, mentoring, networking events, conferences, and wider community projects.
Our work is rooted in removing barriers and opening doors helping women grow successful businesses, develop as leaders, and make a lasting social and economic impact in their communities and beyond.
