What difference does the project make?
The event made a meaningful difference by strengthening health and wellbeing awareness within ethnic minority communities and creating a space where youths, adults, and faith leaders could openly engage with important topics. Participants gained a clearer understanding of how mental health affects their daily lives, including work, family, and community involvement. They also learned how to access local support services and adopt practical strategies to improve their wellbeing. The interactive nature of the event encouraged people to ask questions, share experiences, and identify areas where the community still needs development.
