What is this project about?

The project aims to empower young minority ethnic women through employability training, interview preparation, one-to-one mentoring, and community-building activities. The project addresses low confidence, limited career support, and social isolation by providing practical tools and a safe, inclusive space for growth.

Benefits of the project

The project will benefits women by creating a welcoming space where they can connect, share experiences and build meaningful friendships across diverse backgrounds. This strengthens relationships and fosters a deeper sense of belonging within the community. It will help women grow in confidence, improve their employability and work towards financial independence. It also increases access to supportive, empowering community environments where women feel valued, heard and encouraged to thrive.
